2- Avocado, the “glutathione” asset
The avocado conceals multiple benefits: but if it is good for the detox and the cleaning of the liver, it is especially thanks to the glutathione which it contains. This molecule, present in all the living cells, but in particular in some, like those of the lawyer, helps to fight against toxins.
Glutathione is notably essential to the body to get rid of metals like lead and mercury. You can also find them in pharmacies, but let’s face it, it’s much more enjoyable in the form of avocado toast.
3- Broccoli, the cruciferous option
Broccoli, like a whole bunch of cabbages (cauliflower, white cabbage, Brussels sprouts…) is ideal for detoxing!
In addition to being rich in vitamins B and C, broccoli increases the number of glucosinolates in your body, increasing the production of enzymes in the liver.
Broccoli would also allow reinforcing our immune system, in particular thanks to its vitamin C, and would thus fight effectively against the diseases of the winter and the cold. Very low in calories and carbohydrates, but richer in fiber, it is a real slimming ally for those who are on a diet!
